Cancellation Policy
Policies as of January 1 2025
Cancellation:
You will be charged 100% of your service if you:
- no show/no call
- cancel or reschedule day of your appointment
You will be charged 50% of your service if you:
- cancel or reschedule 2 days before you’re appointment
If you need to cancel or reschedule you must do so 3 days before your appointment to avoid being charged.
Refunds:
I do not offer refunds on any treatment under any circumstance.
Products can be refunded within the first week of purchasing. Within 5-7 days of using your skin will show you if it agrees with it or not. Products need to be majority full in order to refund. If the product is half empty a refund will not be given.
Phone:
I understand clients have children, work etc. and may need to check a text or phone call during your appointment. However, if you plan on working on your phone, answering emails/texts or or talking for an extended period of time I will end your service early and and you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service
Kids: If you come with a child I will prompt you to reschedule. You will be charged 100% of your service
Etiquette: I treat all my clients with respect, and expect the same in return. If you are disrespectful towards me or inappropriate comments are said you will be terminated as a client.
